2) Earth and rock work
3) Utility installation
4) Building pad preparation
5) All concrete flat work
6) Bituminous paving
7) Landscaping
8) Road improvements
This division has the capacity to manage and construct projects in the
$500,000 to $ 5,000,000 range. Because of its management depth and experience
as a general contractor in the road construction division, Waters Construction
is extremely well versed at scheduling, project engineering and value
engineering. This experience will translate into lower management costs
for the owner/construction manager and a higher probability of a timely
completion of a project.
