Waters Construction is divided into three divisions:
1) Highway Construction: Waters constructs projects for State/Municipal agencies. These public work projects are competitively
bid and are managed as either a general contractor or as a partner with other general contractors.
2) Sitework: Waters construct these projects as primarily a subcontractor to owners or general contractors.
They include earthmoving, utility work and building pad preparation for both building development and residential
subdivision construction.
3) Paving: Waters Construction can act as both a general contractor and
a subcontractor in the placement of bituminous asphalt pavements for both public and private agencies. The scope
of work will range from as little as $ 15,000 to as much as $1,000,000.
